Is there a List of all possible guided setups.
or is it only available for Moduls and App which are currently installed and then i have to search for every App or Modul in the Navigator?

Yes you have to search for each module for guided setup.
Guided setup provides below features:
- Step-by-step task process to complete configuration of product(s)
- Work on the pre-checklist before starting the setup
- Install dependent plugins from within the guided setup
- Complete table form actions
- Complete iFrame actions
- Read article/documentation applicable for setup
- Refer to videos relevant for the setup
Users with the admin and Setup Help Setup Admin (sn_help_setup_admin) roles can create or modify Guided Setups (not Legacy).
