Hi everyone,
I need to allow certain users to edit several tickets at the same time in the list view.
I gave them the "list_updater" role, however contrary to what happens with the admin users, the form that is displayed after choosing the option "Update Selected" will not allow the user to change the field values:
When the user accesses each ticket individually the fields are editable.
Could you help me understand what I'm missing?
Thanks in advance,
Carlos

Hi Carlos,
Can you please configure list_edit ACL and try giving that role access in that ?

Hi Yousaf,
I tried creating the list_edit ACL and that did not work. The user can edit the fields when they open the record as expected. It's just when you select the update selected or update all the whole form is read only. Tried it on multiple tables with same result.
Thanks,
Keith

Hi Keith,
I managed to get it working by creating 2 different ACL rules (read/write) for that table and role.
It looks like this:
Additionally if you still have a field that's protected or read-only, you can create another ACL for it and select the field on the menu that's opened in the screenshot.
I hope that helps!
Cheers,
Carlos
