list view on report

Requirement - on contact table I have org id and sub org id fields which is coming from account table so the requirement is if user is part of multiple companies then user name should appear multiple times. 

I have created database view and created two entities and was trying to join two table contact and account but still on report no data is showing. 

please let me know if anyone worked on similar requirement.
