Hi experts,
I've set up email notification for a specific record insert on incident table. Mails are shown in logs but not being delivered. I'm getting this error message while checking logs:
"Local address contains control or whitespace". I cross-checked the address and they are correct. Please suggest some workaround.

check the email id's , may be the email id's stored in the system are not correct.(contain spaces or anything)

Hi Abhishek,
I suggest double check addresses including perhaps cc-ed addresses. Any chance "foreign" characters could be responsible?
What version is the instance?

Thanks for your reply. I've checked the addresses again and ensured that they are correct. By the way, instance is Eureka.

Hi Abhishek,
Are you using ServiceNow SMTP server or a Customer SMTP server?
How many recipients are there for this notification? Is it a large number?
Incidentally if other Community members have some ideas or questions - do reply to this thread..
