I was searching for something and landed here. Seems like its been a long time. I hope you've already implemented the solution?

Would you please share few use cases that you had in Requirements to be implemented?

I am working on similar lines now and planning to go with CSM for Customer service management of a Logistics client. Would appreciate if you can share few use cases that you implemented for your client.
