Looking for recommendation action in CSM workspace

Hi All,

 

 

We are looking for "Recommendation Action" feature in CSM workspace. I could see its already present in Service Operations Workspace and would like to have them in our CSM workspace as addition/replacement to the current agent assist. Please refer below which we needed in CSM
