Looking to Create a Workspace where Users who need to Approve can see their Pending Items

Good day everyone,

i am trying to figure out how to create a one stop shop where people who need to approve their RITM can go, see the list of RITM that is waiting for their approvals, see all the details in a list and click on each one to approve or reject.

The list should show all the RITM variables in it or at least the most important ones so the users wont have to log into each RITM and approve but instead just a button to approve or reject

as they are approved or rejected it should disappear from their list view,

it should be set dynamically to their login profile

any help or suggestion will be apricated

It’s something out-of-the-box (OOTB) under "My Approvals." A logged-in user can see which items are assigned to them for approval and can approve them. Could you clarify what issue you're facing with this functionality?

my approvals does not show the RITM variables that the user will need.

the user need to click on the approval, inside click on details and then they can see it

i want it to be able to see the RITM variables in a list view and the user just simply click on approve or reject without going inside it
