Pdi doesn't come with support, means if it's reclaim or offline or lost no one can help.
You can either wait or get a new PDI,you need to release this pdi.
For further, please take regular backup.

Doesn't hurt to contact support if they can somehow restore it. Otherwise yea I'd recommend @Dr Atul G- LNG approach

@gsivasaiteja Try reaching out to support and see if the instance comes alive again. If not better to release the existing instance and request for a new one.

hi @gsivasaiteja ,
According to your screenshot, your PDI has a service interruption. As there is no support available from servicenow in relation to PDI, you're limited to two options :
- Wait - it should come online after some time.
- If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. NOTICE, all worked than you haven't backed up will be lost for good.
