Mail box receives inbound emails but ServiceNow is not receving emails

Hi 
Currently we are facing with inbound emails, where emails are received at the Mailbox but not receiving on the ServiceNow side end.
Email receiving is operational, POP ports are checked, accounts are re authorized.
but still couldn't figure out the issue.

Recently we have done the Cloning of Prod to Dev and Upgrade to Xanadu from Washington.

Please check the endpoint and verify if the servers are pointing to the correct servers. else log a now support case.

server is fine and its ports are reverified with the O365 team.
