I need to add an image as email header and footer for our customer. Do you have sample mailscript how will I call it to the email template? Appreciate help. Thanks.

I would look into the email layout functionality. This allows you to standardize the design/layout at one place and then associate your email notifications to that layout/design. We have been using layouts with our company logo for a little over a year and has worked well.
You can find out more here: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/london-servicenow-platform/page/administer/notification/concept/email-layouts.html

Hi Alex, Thank you for your response. I already looked at the email layout in servicenow docs but the instructions was not detailed. If I'll create a new one how can I add these separators?

Those won't show on the actual email. I'd suggest copying one of the existing layouts and modifying it with your company logo. Try it out on a few emails and see what you think & make modifications from there.
