Hi @learnerJohns - Presumably, you are putting ${mailto:mailto.rejection} in the Message HTML somewhere? It will be helpful if you can provide some more context.

Yes, its written in notification Message HTML.

When ever we click on this notification link then it goes on a browsers blank page and not on the outlook email.

what will be the issue here
