Maintaining Favorites Question

Vancouver Patch 5

We added an application menu named Work Queues. This menu lists each assignment group. Clicking on an assignment group displays a list of open tasks for that assignment group.

For example, one of the assignment groups is Help Desk. Clicking on Help Desk displays a list of open tasks assigned to Help Desk.   Sara Song is in the Help Desk assignment group.  She saved menu item Help Desk as a favorite.

If we make changes to menu item Help Desk (i.e., adjust the filters on which it is based), these changes are not reflected in her saved favorite for Help Desk.   What is the best way to keep favorites up to date when the underlying menu item it is based on changes?

Thank you

Hi @mah1

I think there is no way to do this , as both are 2 separate records in system and dont have any form interface.
