Major Incident - How to get Communication Task emails to automatically sent

Hey everyone,

I'm working on implementing the Major Incident Workbench and I want to send out the Communication Task emails automatically instead of having it create the Communication Task then have a user compose/send it.

Has anyone ran into a use case like this and have thoughts on it?

Actually, I also have the same requirement, and i am stuck over there as not getting anything related to this.
