Hi Team ,
We received an incident stating that
Could the rule to triggered attached email notification please be reviewed.
I am sure you can agree that such email serves no purpose and only be a distraction. (For a resolved incident)

Looking at the "When" condition the result is as expected as each time an update happens a notification is triggered. If you want to trigger it only once you have to change the condition to "Major incident state" -> "changes to" -> "Proposed"
