Making Knowledge Articles Available for Non-ITIL Users in a Domain-Separated Instance

Hi all,

In a domain-separated instance, I need to make a knowledge base and its articles accessible for non-itil users.

Would anyone know the best way to approach this while still respecting the domain separation structure?
