We have a requirement to make service portal public. Like user does not have to login to go to service portal and access features which don't need login, like searching knowledge.
I know how to make certain page public but making service portal public is something new

Hi Puneet,
By public, I assume you mean to your user community and not the entire internet. For obvious reasons, ServiceNow requires credentials to access an instance. The easiest way to minimize the need for login is to set up SSO authentication. With that in place, the users only need to enter credentials the first time they access the system or after they clear their browser cache. I would imagine an organization like Disney already has SSO enabled elsewhere in the organization so setting that up should not be too difficult.
Hope that helps.

Hi John
I meant actual internet. I can give you an example servicenow instance, which is public and you don't need credentials to access it.
Try this
