Manager can accept/decline solution if requestor is inactive

Currently when a request submitter is becoming inactive during the lifecycle of a request, the delivery confirmation process is not working. We would like to give the manager of the request submitter the possibility to approve or reject the request while in delivery confirmation.

Sorry, but when requestor is inactive then why manager accept / decline. The logically it request get cancelled and you can put a check before the delivery start.

Thanks for your reply Atul. If user not logged in 90 days to service now he will become inactive if he logged in again he become active in this case when user is inactive approve or reject need  to go to users manager.

Very rare case, in this case need to improve the process. Understand why the request take more than 90 days. if you fix the cause there , thing will be on place.
