Manager hub errors

When I am trying to launch Manager hub as a manager get these errors. I tried to repair Manager Hub but did not help. Any ideas on how to fix this? I tried to look for ManagerInsightsUtil but that doesnt exists in script includes.

Hi @samadam ,

 

If you are using the out-of-the-box (OOB) component without any customizations, it is recommended to raise a support case (Hi Ticket ) with the ServiceNow vendor for support.

This type of issue is commonly caused by a Widget, Widget Server Script, or Script Include.

Hi @samadam  did you find a solution for this? I'm seeing the same issue and I'm also not seeing ManagerInsightsUtil script include in my instance.

Hi @samadam - I ended up opening a HI ticket for this.


They responded stating: 

This PRB is fixed in the upcoming June release of manager hub.
- This is scheduled to be released by EOD 2026-06-11

SOLUTION PROPOSED:
1. Please upgrade to the latest version of Manager hub once available for the fix to this issue.

2. If you need a workaround before then, please review the below KB
