Mandatory Asterisk Went to Grey on Label variable

Hi All,

I have variable set which has one label eg:- all and checkbox variables one, two, three.

Am setting this label "all" mandatory true in UI Policy when the (one is false and two is false and three is false).

As i have enabled the reverse if false condition its making the field mandatory again when above condition not met. The asterisk symbol becomes Grey colour which is not affecting the form submission, its still asking user to choose any checkboxes, However grey seems to be odd and we need "Red colour Asterisk".

Please let us know if any faced this issue and provide your inputs.

Thanks in advance

Hi All,

Am able to make the label as mandatory using ui policy, my issue is when the checkboxes are deselected the asterisk colour changes to gray instead of red

Hi,

I think issue is there with your UI Policy, The label on the form is always becoming mandatory and not your check boxes because of which is not allowing you to submit the form even if the check boxes are unchecked. Please follow the above link to have the mandate check box validations instead of doing it via UI Policy.
