Mandatory checklist

Hi Guys, 

I can see that with the Washington DC release, we now have the option to make checklist items mandatory. However, I'm struggling to locate where and how to configure this. Could you please point me in the right direction?

Please see attached screenshot of one of our current checklists. Ideally we'd like all checkboxes to have to be ticked off in order to close off the task. Is something like this possible?
