I’m quite new to this and would sincerely appreciate any guidance you could provide.
We are currently trying to bring our HR portal into Microsoft Teams and Outlook. In our ServiceNow instance, the Virtual Agent is already integrated with Teams. I’ve noticed that there is a manifest file available in ServiceNow.
To proceed with the integration with Microsoft applications, do I need to create a new manifest file? If so, could you kindly help me understand what configurations are required? Is it simply a matter of updating the tab name, or are there other changes needed as well?
