I need to explore all the details about manual service mapping, I need answers to the following questions.

1) How to create manual service maps. (please mention complete steps, with all the navigations)

2) Do we need service mapping plugin to create manual service maps.

CSDM is now available out of the box, so no extra plugin is required. However, before that, you need to have a good understanding of CSDM and its components.
