We are attempting to map a platform to a business capability for the purposes of release management. The platform maps to our level 0 technology and infrastructure capability. However, applications on the platform map to multiple different level 0 capabilities. In our current model, these capabilities are owned by different arhictects. However, when the platform is upgraded we want one person to approve the release. Any advice on how to acheive this?
