Hello All,
We currently have a Dynatrace integration in ServiceNow, and I need to configure mappings for two fields in the transform map. These mappings should always have the following values:
- U_Caller = sys_ID (from Dynatrace)
- contact_type = Monitoring
Could someone assist me with creating a script to implement these mappings?
