@ mentions is not working in custom widget in the work notes on the Service portal.

Hi All,

@ mentions is not working in custom widget in the work notes on the Service portal.

I have already enabled from instance below options

1. Rich Text Editor is enabled

       2. Enable @ Mentions (works only when Rich Text Editor is enabled)

please help me with some suggestion to try.
