I am getting this pop-up message and several others when I go into my Knowledge module and select a catalog. When I go into the sys_properties.list I noticed that I have 5 additional glide.ui.polaris...... , records, and I am missing the custom Polaris file that I had created when trying to change my theme and header( I mostly deleted it when I tried to fix it, but not remembering what I did now). I compared my sys_properties.list to a brand new instance with no changes, and I am not sure what to do to correct it as I am missing some records and not sure how to get them back. Should I download from the new instance? I went into the Service Portal, and I saw a message stating undefined highlighted in red. Not sure how this all went wrong. I was trying to change the banner and the background colors, and it did not work. I have attached screenshots of my current instance with the issue and a brand new instance, and the screenshot in the Service portal.
