Meta keyword not functioning properly in ESC portal/employee center

In ESC portal, as ADMIN also one keyword "account management" shows All as 13, Requests as 11, Articles as 2, but as soon as I click on the Requests, requests becomes 46 and Articles to 139, so basically, using this keyword only 13 related catalog and articles should come, but there is increased in number.
and when we go the next page, it shows page is broken, and this issue is only for 1 keyword "account management".
When clicked on all, every results has this keyword
and when selected request, or articles the number of result increases
Only the issue with Account Management
Please let me know what changes need to be made to correct this or if anybody has come across this similar issue

This is a known problem.

Workaround
Turn off tab counts by editing the appropriate record in the Search Application Configuration for the given application and ensure the "Show Search Results Count" checkbox is not selected.
