Hello Community,
I have SSO setup with Azure AD. When a User from AD try logging in to instance it is working fine redirecting to Microsoft login page.
What set up need to be done for Non AD users to redirect them to "https://instanceID.service-now.com/login.do" page, so that MFA can be enforced for Non AD Users.
Is it possible?
And if I can, how can I configure these settings?
Thank you for your kind help in advance.

So the last time I delt with this everyone had to be sent to the same login page. Then the people who wanted to use SSO would click a link that would redirect them and it would then remember that and it would just take them to the SSO login each time. Everyone else would just use the login page to type in creds.
We found it easier to just have the local logins always click a link some place that would take them to the login page and everyone that went to the instance URL would automatically get sent to the SSO login. We had only about 10 people using local logins.
Not sure ServiceNow has improved things any since I did this last about 10 years ago.
