Hi,
We are using the Microsoft Azure AD integration hub spoke.
We trying to get all the groups that a users is member of and using the "Look up Group Membership Stream" action.
However, this action does not return parent groups - only direct groups that user is member of.
Is there a way to get all groups, including parents groups that user is member of?
For example: we have group of Payroll users. The payroll group is part of Finance group.
If i have user who is part of Payroll group and I'm getting his groups using that action, i don't get the Finance group.
Appreciate any help / advise.
Thank you!

Implementing the backend script requires strong skills in handling group iterations. While the API exists, it is not officially supported by ServiceNow. As an alternative solution, you can integrate directly with ad.local and perform synchronization using the MID Server.

I have a similar question, specifically how from ServiceNow to query Azure AD group membership of a given ServiceNow User.
