Hi Connections,
We are experiencing microsoft intune issue with servicenow....
On production Instance as data is getting load from intune in Mobile device handling table, I reviewed 'SG-Intune Devices' data source, which RUNS daily but it did not success complete anytime till now when I check import set logs, we can see the error clearly saying that 'Please check your credential configuration'. From Intune there is not data updated till now for devices in servicenow, if we retify this issue, after connection is successful, import set will run and data will be updated in servicenow. The data which is coming from import set is not working because of credential issue may be...
My Findings is :
I found one difference that on Acc 'Client Secrets' are created two whereas for Prod 'Client Secrets' is only one. below are the screen short.

We are experiencing the same issue. The scheduled import will begin running starting with the "device" table, but will not fully complete and will move onto the other tables (Computer and Software).
Device - Cancelled/Error
Computer - Success
Software - Success
Any updates on this?
