Hi Connections,
We are experiencing microsoft intune issue with servicenow....
On production Instance as data is getting load from intune in Mobile device handling table, I reviewed 'SG-Intune Devices' data source, which RUNS daily but it did not success complete anytime till now when I check import set logs, we can see the error clearly saying that 'Please check your credential configuration'. From Intune there is not data updated till now for devices in servicenow, if we retify this issue, after connection is successful, import set will run and data will be updated in servicenow. The data which is coming from import set is not working because of credential issue may be...
My Findings is :
I found one difference that on Acc 'Client Secrets' are created two whereas for Prod 'Client Secrets' is only one. below are the screen short.

Hi Rafmine,
Few things, looking at the error message its evident that connection is not successful.
First thing is to ensure your connection is fine.
Please validate the same as in below screenshot.
You need to check with your azure administrator and ensure all credentials are fine.

Hi Everyone
i wanted to know whether we can do this configuration?
i want to see all the incidents related to a device but not as a user
like there we can use filter for devices but that also shows for a user's device
I want to see all incidents of a device
Any help on this?
