Hello Krishna,
You can update your instance to Tokyo version and follow the ITOM guided setup.
Go to ITOM Guided Setup:
And follow the steps as mentioned.
The MID Server supports these Windows operating systems, including virtual machines and 64-bit systems:
- Windows Server 2012
- Windows Server 2016
- Windows Server 2019
So make sure you install your mid Servers in the above mentioned servers only. and try to connect that machine to your machine using "Remote Desktop Connection" with appropriate username and password.
Also you need to download your mid server installation zip folder into your connected server machine.
And create a new folder in C:\ drive Eg: 'MID_DEMO'.
Copy the agent folder from the downloaded zip file into 'MID_DEMO' and edit the config.xml file with appropriate parameters. Save it and run the start.bat file. The mid server will start running and it will appear on your instance.
