MID Server installation on Raspberry PI 3

Hello

Do someone know how to install a MID Server on a Raspberry PI 3. The OS Info that I am using is the following:

PRETTY_NAME="Raspbian GNU/Linux 8 (jessie)"

NAME="Raspbian GNU/Linux"

VERSION_ID="8"

VERSION="8 (jessie)"

ID=raspbian

ID_LIKE=debian

I tried to install the MID Server 64bit and 32bit. With both installations I get the following error:

Unable to locate any of the following binaries:

  /servicenow/agent/bin/./wrapper-linux-armv7l-

  /servicenow/agent/bin/./wrapper-linux-armv7l-32

  /servicenow/agent/bin/./wrapper

Do some one know how to overcome these issues?

What do I need to install a MID Server on Raspbian Linux OS ?

Thanks!

Jesus

Hi jleon,

Were you able to get your Pi MID Server running?

Hi ian.kinnear,

Your Lego Train Automation inspired me to play with a Pi MID Server myself, and I ran into some trouble at the end. I followed jonathan.ulrich's great guide that he posted below, and it seemed to be going smoothly up until the point that I try to actually start the MID Server. I was then greeted with this warning:

The server does not start, I couldn't find any errors, and there are no agent logs created. Could this be an issue with JRE? Thanks in advance!

I had many of the same issues, and got mine up and running. I created a document here to cover all the issues I had:
