Mid server issue

Hi All,
Instance is auto upgraded utah to washignston dc, but mid server version still showing utah and mid server is down, so anyone please help me to fix this issue.

Please find the below snapshot.

Hi @Mani60 .

 

If automatic upgrade is failing, you can try manually upgrade which is nothing but doing a mid server configuration from scratch. It doesn't take much time
