Mid Server with scripted Rest APIs and script includes

Hello,
I just deployed my first MID Server and i would like it to integrate with other APIs with scripted rest API and also with script includes/client scripts.
Is there a way to make my MID Server run those scripts? if so, how?

what's your business requirement which you wish to achieve?

I'm trying to integrate with other APIs that my company's services has while making the mid server handle all of those api calls so it wont overload my prod instance.
