Midserver files and folders removed inside \agent\import\

Hi,

 

I have an issue where the mid-server files and folders are removed on the pre-prod instance. This was noted after the upgrade to Tokyo. (there are no "previous versions" to restore in the server). We only upgraded one instance for now and its that specific instance that is impacted by this.

 

Deleted files and subfolders in folder "...agent\import\"

 

I've read about SFTP: SFTP File Transfer activity pack (servicenow.com)

But we do not have that plugin active as it prefers to.

 

Any suggestions? Or has this happened to someone before?

im facing same issue here. i can only assume it is related to this.

added the property, and now ill have to wait and see if it removes empty directories...... will let you know if it helped or not
