How do we Migrate
- existing articles with respective fields from Known Error (u_kb_template_known_error_it_tech) article template to Known Error (u_kb_template_known_error)

You can't do that, you need to create the fields again in another template. I had the same issue today and learned from my mistake.

But in our use case they suggested to do it using fix script we can migrate the articles of known Error IT Tech to know Error because all the 4 html fields are same in two article templates.

I donāt mean any offense, but by the time you receive the fix script and execute it, you could have already resolved the task manually. What Iām suggesting is to streamline the process in a way that avoids unnecessary delays. Letās approach it this way instead.

Would this preserve the KB number of the article, or would it need to create a new article with a new KB number?
