My PDI is getting retired due to technical issues and I'm to release it.
How do I backup my
- test users
- servicedesk test incidents
- fake business services
- fake CIs
then Restore them to my new PDI?
Everything I find is very vague.
I'm on Tokyo Release at the moment.
Solved! Go to Solution.

How do I backup my
Export the record by list view. If you have any identified on your fake records / or created by you not by admin you can use as identified.
Perfer to take backup in XML and in PDI

ServiceDesk Incidents - I have lots of test incidents we query against for our App, and they have CIs pertaining to fake companies.
When I go into Configuration Items and click that menu there is no export.
