Missing Certification Number for CAD Certificate with PearsonVUE

Hello Community,
 
I have successfully passed the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) exam, but I am unable to find the certification number on my certificate or in my profile.

Could anyone guide me on:

  1. Where to locate the certification number?
  2. If it’s not available, what steps should I take to get it?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

It is expected behavior, and there is no error. You can log a new learning case, and the team can help you.
