Missing Columns in Agent Workspace

Hello All,
In Agent Workspace Home Page, all columns are missing except "Number" column.
please help me to restore all previous columns or let me know how we can add required columns globally so that agents can see columns globally.
please check the below screenshot
But we need to see the columns like in the below screenshot.
Please suggest how to fix this.

@Ankur Bawiskar recently we upgraded our instances to Utah. It's fine in Dev environment but don't know why it is not showing in INT.
Please let me know where we can check the comparison of both instances about that Workspace Home Page, so that we can export the same in INT from Dev or add the columns manually in INT list view.
