Hi All,
I might be asking very dumb question, but I am not sure how to handle this.
I got an update from one of the HR professional saying he can't raise one of the payroll request for an active user
When I checked in dev, I was able to select that user as employee on form , but in prod that was not the case.
Upon further digging, found that there is reference qual on that variable for users with active HR profiles. And for that user, there isn't HR profile at all in prod, but it's there in dev.
Now, my question is as an snow developer can I import that hr profile in dev?
Not sure if HR profiles gets captured in update sets
Or I should not create/import hr profiles in prod?
Please let me know for options
Thanks!

Just create the Profile(s) directly in PROD if it does not exist.
For many users use: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/xanadu-employee-service-management/page/product/human-resources/t...
For a single user open their user record and click the Create Human Resources Profile related link.
