Missing label from Catalog Item SP page

I noticed that in my Service Portal page, on any Catalog Item that displays Quantity, the actual label text 'Quantity' is no longer showing. The drop down selector is there, just no label. See image. I looked over the widget that I think governs this but didn't see anything obvious standing out.

Any advice would be helpful!

Hi Russell.  I see the same thing.  Did you figure out what was hiding it or what removed it?

I did figure it out yes. We have a cloned widget with some custom code. I had to rewrite a little of that to put the Quantity label back in the Body HTML Template section of that form. Let me know if you need more information and ill dig a little deeper to see exactly what I did
