Hi everyone,
I'm currently working on the Now Mobile app, and I want to add an action button that allows users to copy an existing incident—essentially duplicating it so they can create a similar one without starting from scratch.
Is there a recommended way to achieve this in the Now Mobile app?
Or has anyone implemented something similar and can share how they approached it?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Radika Febriano
The links on the Now Mobile app and creating UI actions can guide you in adding a custom action button for duplicating incidents within the mobile experience.

If this helps, please give it a helpful vote. And if it’s what you were looking for, go ahead and accept the solution. Thanks,

To implement a "Copy Incident" action button in the Now Mobile app, you can utilize ServiceNow's Mobile App Builder to create a custom UI action that duplicates an incident record. This involves configuring a quick action that pre-populates a new incident form with data from the existing record. For detailed guidance, refer to the official documentation on adding quick actions in mobile applications:
At Hyena AI, we've successfully implemented similar functionalities, enabling users to efficiently duplicate records within mobile workflows. If you need further assistance or examples, feel free to reach out.
