Modernize change management

Hi, 

I want to implement modern change management where we can use models and risk assessment and etc. what is the initial steps to follow best practice for change management in ServiceNow. 

Please help me get the process document to move from legacy change to modern change.

i did go through video and checked all the properties mentioned but still unable to understand how can i start using modern change instead of legacy change.

Hi @SimranK93838843 

Now, go to the application navigator.

Click on "Create New" under "Change," and you will see the models there.

You can then use the model to create a change.
