Hello S-Now users,
Is it possible to add one extra field(value) like sub-category after category as highlighted in the picture on knowledge page.

Hi @Divakara ,
For your requirement, you need to modify the "Knowledge Field Facet (for filtering by knowledge base, knowledge category, and author)".
- Simple field facets based on the Knowledge table fields
- Advanced query facets based on custom queries of the Knowledge table
- Knowledge Field Facet (for filtering by knowledge base, knowledge category, and author)
- Knowledge Tags Facet (for filtering by tag)
- Knowledge Resource Facet (for filtering by resource, such as articles)
- Knowledge Query Facet (for filtering by rating, last modified, and number of views)
Note: Query facets are displayed when there's at least one knowledge field facet added to the page.
- Navigate to the Knowledge Management Service Portal search results page.
- Control + right-click a filter facet widget.
- Click Instance Options.
- Configure the desired settings for the selected type of facet widget.
- Click Save.

My intention is on the knowledge page, however not on the knowledge portal.
Could you confirm whether we can able to add as shown below or not please?
