Modifying the CAB Workbench

I haven't had to work with the Portal Pages in a long time.

I've been tasked to add some additional items to the the CAB workbench view, sto that :

1. Approvers can see Attachments on the Change ticket.

2. Additional TABS that have been recently added to the Change Form.

(We've added the Risk and Impact assessment as a tab)

I've found where the cab_workbench is but I'm not sure the Widget that displays ticket content.

Can someone direct me to the proper item i need to update 

and possible documentation on how to do it.

As far as my knowledge of the CAB workbench goes, the changes on the CAB workbench are not easy and are quite complex. It's not just a form; it's a combination of HTML, CSS, and other components. So, in short, what you're looking for is not something that can be easily done.
