The Requirement is to move the Approval mails to Emails Related List for HR Case.
The Notification is set on sys_approver Table i.e Approval, hence when mail is sent the target is sys_approver Table.
They want the all mails regarding Approval to appear in the Emails related list to keep track of them all in one place.
