MRVS for table

We have a form in which we are trying to replicate the behavior of an MRVS as in catalog item, can someone please help how can we achieve that? 

We have a table with all the variables that are needed to be shown in the MRVS like structure, is there any way we can put multiple variables and their values in a similar fashion? Alternatively is there any variable type which might act like that?

MRVS only work on Catalog item level as variable not on table / form level mate.

Yes that I am aware of that MRVS can be used only in catalog items, but my question is there any alternative or some kind of widget that we can use as a replica to behave similar to MRVS for forms

I doubt mate . may be some HTML / CSS but it will increase the technical debt.
