Hi Team ,
we are getting issue like this [ ' Invalid access token. Please check your credential alias ' ] when we are clicking on ms teams chat UI action button in Incident form, as shown in below .
Please help me how to resolve this issue , please provide steps
where i need to check this access token what changes we have to do .
FYI
this is a UI action button which comes from OOB along with MS teams plugin .

@nameisnani - Please delete oAuth token by navigating to "System OAuth > Manage Tokens" and locate the token for the user who receive the error message which prompts for login when he tried to open teams chat again.

While the knowledge article does provide a work around, has anyone determined the root cause of this issue?
It comes and goes for us on some people. Is it something that happens on the ServiceNow or Microsoft side?
Any help would be appreciated.
