is it possible to user MS Teams /Slack integration the way that the agent would not need to open agent workspace from the ServiceNow? the way that the service desk agent would answer the customer interactions from teams instead of agent workspace virtual agents inbox?
any change by installing the virtual agent application to both customer and our MS environment and when the customer uses the "ServiceNow for teams" app the chats would be visible from our "ServiceNow for teams" -app?
so far i only found ways to install the chat bot app to customer teams/slack but the Servicedesk agent would have to use the ServiceNow agent workspace virtual agent chat
